

121 Personal Training Sessions
Having a fitness trainer who understands you is vital. I like to get to know my clients, their likes, dislikes, strengths and weaknesses, and really get to know what makes them tick in general. Building a relationship with my clients allows us to form a bond in meeting OUR fitness objectives. I say OUR, because when you win...I win and goals are accomplished.
We'll have a chat...I'll make some notes... We will do some training...I'll analyse the notes and assess your performance... I'll draw up a training plan...and then together we will smash your goals!
Virtual training or 1-2-1 where possible, or even a combination of both, we will get you to where you need to be!
Lose weight, build muscle, improve general fitness, postpartum fitness, abdominal separation correction, let's work together and start seeing results.
Each session is for a duration of 50 minutes.
*In person sessions may incur travel charges depending on location.

Subscribing to our 121 services will also get you included in our ACCOUNTABILITY GROUP, many women find this group helps them handle the fit-life journey with a bit more ease. It will also give you complimentary access to the TotalBody Fit weekly morning group virtual training sessions held on Monday, Wednesdays and Fridays. We run frequently FIT LIFE CHALLENGES to help keep everyone on track, nothing like a challenge to keep you focused and striving to be your best self.
