Service Description
A strong core is a must. A strong core is the basis of being able to perform physical activities well. A strong core not only looks good, but it also helps you develop good technique with all of the exercises you perform. So don't delay...let's get to work at the core!! In this session we will also pay some attention to the arms, chest and back, focusing on exercises that will encourage us to challenge our core. Training schedules are based on 8-week plans.
