Morning Home Workout sessions that will help you improve your fitness, reduce body fat and develop body muscle. Workouts that will invigorate you, leave you feeling energetic and ready to ace the day.
Each session begin at 6AM, and lasts 35 minutes. All fitness levels are welcome.
HIIT (Mondays)
35 Minute HIIT session guaranteed to get you burning body fat, dripping, and energised leaving you wanting more.
Will it be easy? No! But we work you up slowly. Watch yourself get physically fitter, mentally stronger, and making gains towards your fitness goals. The only thing you have to loose is not signing up.

Kettlebell Strength Sessions (Wednesdays)
Kettlebell session can be super effective in building body definition, tone and even loosing weight. .
In each session you will be sure to work your - arms, shoulders, chest, back, glutes and legs, whilst tapping into and developing your core strength.
NOTE: We will be paying particular attention to building that peach and defining our thighs... and I will be requiring you to breathe past the burn as we squat, lunge, pulse, squeeze our muscles to some vibrant sounds. This is definitely a session that will leave you energised and set you to win throughout the day!
Core Abs & Upper Body (Fridays)
A strong core is a must. A strong core is the basis of being able to perform physical activities well. A strong core not only looks good, but it also helps you develop good technique with all of the exercises you perform.
So don't delay...let's get to work at the core!! In this session we will also pay some attention to the arms, chest and back, focusing on exercises that will encourage us to challenge our core.
