One off personal training session with a training schedule to follow
Service Description
Whether you just want a 121 personal training taster, or you just need one session to help you find your way and get started, or you want to know how to train effectively on your own, then a one-off training schedule may be just what you need! Sessions can be virtual or in person (depending on location additional travel costs may apply). After an initial discussion to understand your goals, a draft workout schedule will be created and set up a 50-minute training session. At the end of the session, the recommended exercises and targeted benefits will be discussed with you to follow on your own, and a periodic personal program will be developed and emailed to you.
Cancellation Policy
Class Bookings: To cancel or reschedule please contact us at least 24 hours before your class booking is set to commence. Personal Training appointments: To cancel or reschedule personal training sessions, 48 hours notice must be given.
