Safely and appropriately maintain your fitness, improve your fitness, build muscle, whatever your fitness goals during pregnancy, let’s work together and start seeing results. We are pre and postnatally trained to work with mothers through the different trimesters of their pregnancy. Developing a training plan that focuses on ensuring mama and growing baba is happy throughout training sessions and pregnancy fitness goals are being met. Prenatal fitness training schedules are based on 4-week plans. This allows us to work in segments that align with each month of your pregnancy.
Cancellation Policy
Class Bookings: To cancel or reschedule please contact us at least 24 hours before your class booking is set to commence. Personal Training appointments: To cancel or reschedule personal training sessions, 48 hours notice must be given.
