Service Description

Kettlebell session can be super effective in building body definition, tone and even loosing weight. . In each session you will be sure to work your - arms, shoulders, chest, back, glutes and legs, whilst tapping into and developing your core strength. NOTE: We will be paying particular attention to building that peach and defining our thighs... and I will be requiring you to breathe past the burn as we squat, lunge, pulse, squeeze our muscles to some vibrant sounds. This is definitely a session that will leave you energised and set you to win throughout the day! Dumbells can be used as an alternative, as well as a 5L water bottle of 2 (with a handle). Kettlebells anyone? I thought so :)!
