Join the Fiternity 21 Days to Summer 'No Sugar' Challenge and transform your lifestyle in just 3 weeks! This program is designed to help you eliminate artificial and hidden sugars from your diet, boost your fitness levels, and develop healthier habits that should see you lose weight, reduce bloating, boost energy, achieve clearer skin and leave you feeling great overall. What's expected from you - Daily Food Logs: Track your meals (in the way of photos) every day. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks. Share your daily food page with the group to stay accountable and get support. - Hydration Goals: Aim to drink 2 litres of water each day to help flush out toxins, stay hydrated and support your overall health. - Step Count: Strive to achieve 10,000 steps daily to keep active and improve your cardiovascular health. Don’t underestimate the power of steps! Movement will also help you maximise the benefits of this process. - As a bonus, Workout! Engage in a workouts 3-5 days a week to help maximise the benefits you'll experience as part of this process. Throughout the challenge, you'll receive tips, recipes, and motivational messages to keep you on track.
